There is more to communicating than just words. One to one communication allows Benefits Specialist to see the body language, facial expressions and more to better be able

 to address employee concerns during the enrollment. Allowing employees to see the answers to their questions helps them to get the full benefit of the communication materials provided.

Employees feel more cared for with a “live” person available to help them through the enrollment process. The physical presence of Benefits Specialists on site also adds synergy to the entire enrollment.

Benefits Specialists communicate in a clear, concise and consistent way. Everyone receives the same message with a personal

 touch. Our well trained and experienced Benefits Specialist are able to quickly complete the enrollment process while conveying a caring and professional attitude to the employee.

One to one also allows materials and forms to be distributed, filled in and collected. This can be helpful for paper applications, change forms or dependent audits.

One to one is the most preferred way to communicate benefits and to complete the enrollment. Employees often see it as a way the employer show they care for the workers.

One to One

Stateside call center enrollment supports outbound or inbound calls. This method of enrollment can stand alone or support one to one enrollments.

When used with one to one enrollments, additional questions that arise after the initial enrollment can be handled quickly and efficiently without having to set another appointment with an onsite Benefits Specialist. Call center enrollment gives the same level of personal service to employees that are in isolated areas or working in secure locations where one to one enrollment would not be feasible.

Employees that are widely scattered make one to one enrollment cost prohibitive. They appreciate the personal touch and

convenience that call center enrollment gives. They call at a time that is best for them.

Call center enrollment empowers employees that are unfamiliar with computers. Even computer kiosks aren’t helpful to this group.

For security, workers confirm their identity before the enrollment begins. Our licensed Benefits Specialists work from carrier scripts ensuring a compliant, consistent and accurate enrollment for all employees. Voice recordings capture signatures for documents and are stored securely away from the call center with the insurance carriers.

Call Center

Online assisted enrollment gives employees a nearly one to one enrollment experience. Employees co-browse on a computer while on the phone with a licensed Benefits

 Specialist. Workers view the Benefit Specialists’ computer screen in real-time. This allows them to see and hear privately all of the enrollment information.

For security, employees confirm their identity before the Benefits Specialist allows them to view the enrollment screens. This prevents employees from logging into an enrollment system with wrong ID.

Online assisted enrollment gives the same level of personal service to employees that are in isolated areas or working in secure locations where one to one enrollment would

 not be feasible.

All online documents and enrollment materials are available for employees to view through the document center. Seeing the computer screens as well as hearing the Benefits Specialist explain the benefits and the available choices helps employees understand and appreciate their benefits.

 Online assisted enrollment typically works with scheduled appointments the same as one to one. Self service online enrollment is only available in conjunction with other enrollment methods.
